Early collection of the TSBA increase refund conditions

In line with its commitment, Air France is refunding the difference between the amount collected and the 2024 TSBA rates for customers holding tickets.

You are entitled to a refund if you meet all the below criteria:

  • Your ticket was issued between October 24 and December 6,
  • You are traveling to and from France (only trips starting and ending in France),
  • Your trip is scheduled after January 1, 2025 (included).

If you would like to request a refund for the Solidarity Tax increase on a ticket purchased through a travel agency or another airline, please contact them directly. They have all the necessary information to process your refund.
